How the title 'In-Mind Louis' came about?
With my title I took influence from the 2009 stop animation film 'Coraline' because its uses it's characters name as the title showing that the film's focus is on her and all about her and her mind. The first idea I came up with was 'Inside Louis' but i wnated to give is a more psychological and imaginative feel. Like the mind which is somewhat supernatural and can bend and twist reality. I wanted to twist my title so I came up with the improper 'InMind Louis'.

'The Town' production (Ben Affleck)
The film opened in American theaters on the 17th of september 2010. It took first place at the box office on its opening weekend, taking in $23,808,032 million in the States on 2861 screens. Up to now it is nearly a block buster grossing $99,574,000m on a budget of $37m. It is under the studios of Legendary Pictures, GK Films and Thunder Road Film but distributed by Warner Bros. It received widespread critical claim and stars big names like Ben Affleck who also directed the film and Jeremy Renner, which would of boosted the attention and sales of the film. I don't think the film has been strongly promoted or advertised as i haven't seen it promoted on T.V, radio or by posters. I think its an underestimated success and was mainly aimed at crime/thriller seeking adults but has proven more popular.
Thoughts.
We are introduced with a calm soundtrack complementing the still shots and the extremely black and white close up shots of Al Pacino and Johnny Depp's thoughtful faces. We are straight away introduced into the scene (New York) and with what looks to be a spy taking photos, introducing us to Al Pacino's profession which is some sort of gangster. We are displayed with snap shots showing the companionship between Al Pacino and what seem like his men. The violins deepen for a more darker feel, and we see corruption and delusion between the gang. The dissolving high contrast shots of colour, mixed with the black and white, give an emotional warped feel, displaying some taste of film noir.

DEXTER, SE7EN opening title similarities
Dexter is deffiantly influenced by Se7en mainly with the quick style of cutting and editing. They are mostly full of extreme close ups, focusing on certain aspects e.g. blood or sharp objects.
